Users don't get an email confirmation when uploading multiple files via file request.
I am trying to enable my users to upload files directly from their iPhones (Files apps) using a file request. When my users upload a single file (in response to clicking the file request link), they ...

Yes. Just no confirmation email to the file request respondent (account that uses the file request) if it submits multiple files in one posting from iPhone

Hey heritagehunt photoclub, I hope it's okay to jump in here.
An uploader must meet the following conditions to receive email notifications after uploading a file to a file request:
- Uploading is done while logged into a verified Dropbox account
- 2. The uploader is not logged in, but their email address is linked to a verified Dropbox account
Can you confirm that the criteria above are met in all cases you observed?

Hannah - jump in please!
I thought those two requirements pertained to the appearance and population of the 'your name' and 'your email' boxes on the submittal page. I understood these boxes to appear if the submitter is not logged into a db account when they submit. No?
I made sure the account I used to test uploading via file request had no db account associated with it. My problem, to summarize, is that when a submitter submits more than one file (from the iOS Files app) in response to a file request opened in an iPhone there appears to be no confirmation sent to that submitter. If a single file is submitted, however, a confirmation message is sent to the submitter.
