Syncing from desktop to phone
Hello. I have been using Dropbox for years on my desktop and recently decided to begin using my phone as well. I’ve downloaded the app but it seems not to be the same account as what I have on my desk...

Are you sure you use the same email address to access your desktop and mobile Dropbox? You should be able to easily verify that by clicking on your profile picture in your desktop client and mobile app.
