Syncing doesn't start automatically on Windows
Hi,
It's been a couple of months now that the dropbox app doesn't start automatically on my windows computer whereas it should and it did before. I checked the autorisations, firewall and antiviru...

Hey there sophusb - sorry to hear about your syncing issue.
Could you clarify your computer's OS version, and the version and status of the Dropbox desktop app as shown in your system tray?
Have you ensured that the option to start Dropbox automatically is toggled on in the app's preferences?

Thanks for your reply. My OS is Windows 11 Family, Version 23H2, installed in march 2023 but the problem occurred about 3 months ago only. The problem is that the dropbox icon isn't in the system tray whereas it is set to indeed start automatically when I start my computer. Once I start it, it synchronizes properly.

Can you try a more advanced reinstall of the Dropbox app, to see if that helps?

Hi Hannah ,
I already tried the advanced reinstall before posting my case here, and it didn't change anything then.
I strictly followed all the instructions to remove manually all the files.
Do you have any other suggestion?
