Mac OS and shared folders

I hope you are well. I just wanted to follow up with you here today to see if you have made any progress with trying to locate your folder. As an avid Windows user who recently changed to Mac, I can really empathize with you on this, it can be really frustrating when what would be a simple tasks on one OS becomes really difficult on another. Have you managed to go through the steps my colleagues have outline above, and if so have they helped with your issue? I still cannot get it to work. I created a team folder that is on the same level as the folder DB created in my name. It is called "Company" I can see the folder with my name, but not any of the other folders on the same level.
