I can't upload files. It fails at the last minute.
I have now had this issue for a couple months. It happens on two accounts. I try to upload a file (plenty storage available) and it fails the upload or I get an internet issue popup. I am not having internet issues with either download or upload speed or other platforms. It gets to the finalizing stage and hangs up there. I cannot use the app on my computer and am using web-based interface.

Have you noticed this behavior on a specific browser, by any chance? If I were you, I'd also try a different browser, or an incognito mode on your current one.
One more question: how large is the file you're trying to upload?

The files that failed ranged in size from 45 MB to 115 MB.- JayDropbox Staff
Hi hcheramie, since your company has restricted the use of browsers, it's likely there are other restrictions in place.
Does the company have any proxy, VPN, firewall, security software, or even ISP/router settings that could be restricting traffic to the following Dropbox domains?
Are you able to upload to Dropbox outside of this network or company environment?

Hi,
No matter what I do it always says upload failed. I have plenty of storage and they are .jpg files.
