That's not how Dropbox works. If you want something to sync to your Dropbox account online, it must reside within the Dropbox folder on your computer. Move a folder into the Dropbox folder and Dropbox will sync it. Dropbox cannot sync files or folders located elsewhere on your computer.

Ah okay, fair enough @Rich. Thank you. What I'm trying to do is I have a digital photo frame that connects to a couple cloud sources, one being Google Drive, but not Dropbox unfortunately. I'm trying to sync a folder that lives within Dropbox to Google Drive, but struggling to do so. Do you happen to have any experience on that? It's telling me that it can't upload (on the Google side) because there are configuration files which can't be uploaded.

Having two sync applications trying to sync the same set of files is often problematic and will usually cause sync issues on one or both sides.

Got it. Definitely not ideal, just trying to streamline the steps I need to take when trying to get pictures to this frame. I wish Dropbox linked with Aura! Or maybe the other way around 🙂
@zubairx - can you expand further on that? Where would that file be? Within my folder I'm working? Is it something hidden?
