Hope you’re doing well, @Tairetsu! Welcome to our forum. 

 

Can you send me a screenshot of what you see when trying to back up folders within your Documents folder? 

 

Also, if you’re using the updated Backup feature, keep in mind that backups from other devices can only be accessed on your web account.
