12 files unable to sync on the Dropbox desktop app, and I don't know which ones

I have 12 files that are unable to sync, I have no idea which ones they are, it's impossible to find out. None of my files are showing icons next to them, so I can't see which ones are the problem. And it seems that Dropbox is just stuck there, and won't do anything until they're fixed. Also seems to be stopping my C4D software from opening, if I quit dropbox the software opens. Weird! Any help would be amazing thanks!

  • Looks like it fixed itself overnight! ðŸ˜„ Must have got itself in a pickle and just needed some time to untangle everything. Thanks for all your help anyway!

    If you quit that software, do the sync icons show in Explorer/Finder?

     

    What is the exact OS and Dropbox desktop application version that you're running?

      Hi Jay, thanks for replying. So the icons have appeared again, but the 12 files are still stuck. Everything else seems to be syncing again, but the icons are not changing from blue to green, just staying blue. And still having the software opening issue.


      I'm on Windows 10 and DB v198.4.7615

        When viewing files in Explorer, are you able to see any folders or files with the blue syncing icon on them?
