We're missing folders from 2024 and we can't find them anywhere.

We are a small group of volunteers who run peer support groups for people with chronic conditions. All of our folders/files from 2024 (except the few files that were not in folders) have disappeared. These have the names of all our participants on them and we are rather frantic. We have spent hours attempting to find them with no luck. They are not in the Deleted Files bin. Can anyone please help?

Have you checked your Events page?

Thank you for your reply. Yes, we have checked that, but it still only goes up to 2023 unfortunately.

APSN, do you have any other Dropbox accounts (under another email address) where these files may be currently saved?

Were these files/folders shared with anyone else? Have you checked your Shared tab here?

I make music and I had a folder called "2024 Projects" and the whole thing has disappeared from my computer, somehow been deleted without my knowledge and not even in Recycle bin! It's crazy, it seems like files with "2024" in the title have disappeared.

I agree. None of us has any evidence of 2024 at all. It is affecting us a lot because we have new participants and we no longer have their details. It's not funny. We have ascertained that it cannot be any of us who has caused this to happen. It has to he a DB error.
