Could you send us a screenshot of the exact error they're getting so that we can have a visual too?
Also, are you all part of the same team account or are you using individual accounts?

Yes - this directory gives full access of its content to all member and this user is a member.

Never mind - the matter resolved by a simple computer reboot of which I thought had already been attempted. It must have been just a glitch.
