"Migrated Paper Docs" folders are all empty
Looks like Dropbox ran their migration of paper.dropbox.com to their "Migrated Paper Docs" folder on my dropbox account. But when I go to the "Migrated Paper Docs" folder they created in my dropbox a...

The problem has been resolved and the content now appears in the folders. It's not fully apparent if the process just took 24/48 hours or if someone did something on the backend after a ticket was opened with tech support, but at least things are back on the up and up.

Hi mjc, let’s have a look into this together.
First off, do you remember the names of any of your old Paper docs? If yes, I’d like you to use the search bar on www.dropbox.com and let me know if you see any results there.
Other than that, I’d like you to have a look at the Events page of your Dropbox account and tell me if you can see any relevant logs.
Let me know what you find, and we’ll go from there.

I did a chat with a tech, and did a screen-share. We identified it's an issue and it's being escalated. The events page shows that the Migrated Paper Docs folder was created earlier this morning. Two hours later, the folders from the previous Paper account were migrated. Since then, the folders that were migrated are all blank in the "Migrated Paper Docs" folder, and if I go to paper.dropbox.com, all my content, folders, and files are gone. If I do a search in dropbox, I can find a file here and there in the results, and when I navigate to it, I see it, but, I can't browse up the chain to the root. So the files seem to be there somewhere on the backend, but they are not available via the navigation. I'm waiting to hear back from the ticket escalation.
