Lost photos & videos
I had a dropbox account for several years & paid for storage of photos & videos so family members could access them. I didn't realize it wasn't renewed and now all my files are gone. Is there anyway ...

Hi nk1127
How long ago did you last log in? Have you tried logging in to see what is there?
Unfortunately if it was over 12 months ago then accounts are removed for inactivity and its not possible to recover 😞

Thanks for responding. It was back in 2020 and I have logged in but there are only a few documents still there. All my videos & photos are gone 😪

Hey nk1127, sorry to hear about this.
Can you clarify when was the last time you logged into the account in question? If it's been more than a year, it's probably been closed due to inactivity as Mark mentioned.
Do you see any signs of your missing files in your deleted files page or the events page?
If not, have you made sure that you're looking at the correct account?
