I need help as 5 GB of photos are gone
Not sure where to post this but just noticed 5gb+ of photos are gone both from desktop and phone. I checked deleted files and events and no trace of them or any indication that they were deleted or moved. Any help appreciated!
- Update!
Just got an email from the dropbox team notifying me that I'll be able to restore all of the files that were missing. Huge thanks to the dropbox team!

- JSOHelpful | Level 6Yes events show other activity.
- JSOHelpful | Level 6I only have one account. The last time I saw them was about a couple of weeks ago. I have 3 other folders containing photos that are still there. The photos that disappeared were all in the Camera Uploads folder.

Hi JSO, if you're not seeing the missing files on the deleted files page, then there's a few possibilities as to why this might be the case:
- They were on a shared folder you don't have access to any more
- The files were deleted outside of the 30 day period
- The files were permanently deleted
Is it possible that any of these would apply to your case?
