Dropbox Badge doesn't show who's working on our shared documents

Hi hvmckenzie! Welcome aboard the Community. 

 

Did you try turning Dropbox Badge Off and On again, and the same issue still persists?

 

If yes, did you notice this after a specific update on your device? 

 

I’d also like to know the syncing status and app version of your Dropbox app at the moment. 

 

Finally, are you experiencing this on all documents you're working on or specific ones?

    Hi, 

     

    Yes, I have tried that. I've had this issue the whole time I've been at my company, since my DropBox account was created. The version of my DB is v193.45594
