Is there anyways possible to restore permanently deleted files from Dropbox?

As of my knowledge, Dropbox retains deleted files and versions for 30 days for free accounts and up to 180 days for Dropbox Plus and Professional users. During this period, you have the option to recover deleted files by following these steps.

I hope you didn't delete them permanently from your device. If they were deleted permanently, I'm afraid you won't be able to recover them. But, if you synced your data to another device before the deletion, try to find them there before connecting the other device to the internet.
