Hello, I have the same problem. However, when exporting and editing the file in .numbers on my phone, I noticed the edited file is not saved on my Dropbox.
Therefore I cannot see the changes on my computer and the whole point of Dropbox is lost.
Any other suggestions as to edit .numbers files shared via Dropbox?
