Automatic file lock/unlock idea was closed
Really disappointed for closing the ideas about this topic. When working in group, imho this is a fundamental feature to ensure collision-free contributions. How do you plan to address this issue...

Other products have this feature.
If its closed there will have been a reason given for it being closed - either its not happening, and so thats the addressing it (i.e. its not going to be), or its saying use Dropbox Badge or as a Business user use the new co-authoring within Office.
