All my files in my Dropbox folder are gone. What can I do?
All my files in my dropbox folder are gone.
Have no idea what I did.
Dropbox chat support is not working.
I tried the goback but that is not working.
How do I get my files...

Hi z_mge, it sounds like a brand new account indeed.
Is it possible that you have any old devices that might be connected to Dropbox, in order for you to check the email there?
What about your emails? If you check there, do you see any email communication from us, that could give you any insight about creating a new account, or deleting your old one due to inactivity?

Hey z_mge, if the files have been deleted and it's more than 30 days after the deletion date, I'm afraid that they cannot be recovered.
If, however, there is no way that they were deleted, I strongly suggest looking into other emails/accounts you might have associated with Dropbox.
Did you check your emails like Megan suggested?

I do not have access to the student email anymore. Can you check from your side if it has been 30 days? [removed per the Dropbox Community Guidelines]
