All my files in my Dropbox folder are gone. What can I do?
All my files in my dropbox folder are gone.
Have no idea what I did.
Dropbox chat support is not working.
I tried the goback but that is not working.
How do I get my files...

I logged in at least a few times a year to this account. And I wasnt asked to create a new account

No deleted files found. Try adjusting your filters
"Events Page" :
You have no activity.
It seems like a brand new account, i had 48GB's of life moments saved here!!
The account is completly empty. Not a single file or folder !!! Please this needs to be checked by IT department!!!

Since this event I have been trying to find if I have any copies of the files that were on this account!!!! I DO NOT HAVE COPIES!!!!! I had 10 years of my life on this account!!!!!!!!! DROPBOX!!!!

Hi z_mge, it sounds like a brand new account indeed.
Is it possible that you have any old devices that might be connected to Dropbox, in order for you to check the email there?
What about your emails? If you check there, do you see any email communication from us, that could give you any insight about creating a new account, or deleting your old one due to inactivity?
