When using Dropbox Transfer the play audio doesn't work.

There is other way I could report a bug (I have a free account), so I'm doing it here.

When I'm sharing an audio file using Dropbox Transfer, there is no way I can hit the play button, because there is a cookie preferences icon just next to it. The button is visible, but not clickable.

If I use developer tools in the browser and remove the iframe with the cookie preferences icon, the play button works as it should.

In this video it doesn't work and after removing the iframe element, the button starts to work properly.

Hey tostanki, let's jump right into this!

I'm assuming this behavior is present with multiple files not just a specific one, right?

Do you notice this when using a different browser too, by any chance? Can you try a different one?

Keep me posted, and we'll take it from there!

It happened with different files and different browsers. I've tried Brave, Chrome and Firefox, also in incognito mode.

I just noticed that in Chrome there is a way to click the button, but it is also partly visually covered by the cookie button, but it worked only in incognito mode.

And this happens only with Dropbox Transfer. When I'm just sharing a file from Dropbox space, it works fine and there is no cookie button.

Thanks for the heads up tostanki!

Since you mentioned that things worked better when you were using incognito mode, would you mind restore your browser to its default settings and disable any browser plugins just to check if the issue is related to that?

In the meantime, I'll also give this a go and let you know if I'm experiencing the same behavior on my end.
