    Hi @Nik Nik, welcome to our Community! 

     

    Let's jump straight into your questions! 

     

    With a Professional plan, you can add passwords to shared links, set expiration dates for your shared links, and disable downloads for a shared link.

     

    Therefore your first and second questions have been answered. When you mention access to files for other billing accounts, can you elaborate more? 

     

    Do you wish to have access to other accounts that you're paying for, or something entirely different?
