Happy to help in any way possible rajeshm.
Due to the size of the folder it's possible that it'd either download as a zip, or that it'd be too large indeed.
They could try adding it to their Dropbox account, which would automatically save the file and then sync to their app. However, they'd need enough space to do that.
Once you have the screenshot, let me know.

Hi Megan,
They were trying to download to their device. Is it essential for them to have a enterprise/business account to download any file larger file.
Thanks,
Rajesh

Hi rajeshm, I hope you're doing well!
They should be able to download the content even with an individual account as long as they have enough space. Are you sharing the file using a shared link?
Also, do they get any errors on their end, or the file size is smaller when downloaded?

Thanks Megan, Iam good. Hope you too.
Yes. Im sharing thru the shared link only. There is no error at their end, file download is showing as completed but its incomplete. No issues when downloading smaller files.

Hi rajeshm, I am also doing well, thanks for asking!
While it could be related to the size limit for downloading via the website, would you possibly be able to send a screenshot over, of what they see when they mentioned the file is half the size?
Is it possible that the file is zipped, and they need to unzip it?

Sure Megan. I ll try to get a Screenshot. I haven't zipped the folder, shared individual media file by creating separate links.
meanwhile is it possible to have such restriction to download through website?, can I ask them to download through app?
Please suggest.
Thanks for your extended help!
