The Dropbox Backup feature is not complete
According to the description, Backup "that your content is safe and recoverable it if things go wrong". Recovery was never actually finished when building out this product.

Hey Walter
Is there any other method of getting around the zip file problem when downloading files?
Could your team just move the files into Dropbox proper, and I could sync them locally?
Or would they copy to a drive if I mailed it?
