Dropbox desktop application (Win10) is so slooow in the past 2-3 months
I've been using dropbox for 15 years, and I loved it, but now it is a nightmare. The desktop application started to be very laggy, when I double click on anything, it wants to rename the folder or the file. It is nearly impossible to use the dropbox folder. I uninstalled the whole app (also from the registry) without deleting the folder from Windows, and it worked like a charm. (While I didn't have the dropbox app installed on) After reinstalling the software, lagging is on again, and impossible to handle my files. Thinking about to uninstall and break up with dropbox for ever. Sorry, but I don't have time to manage these annoying things, that's my workspace which has to be 100% handy. It was working well, then it started to be crap.

Hey MrPocok, sorry to hear about that!
Let's see what we can find together about this.Would you mind hovering your mouse over the little Dropbox icon on your taskbar, next to your WiFi and checking the version of the app that you're using?
Do you have any proxy, VPN, firewall, security software, or even ISP/router settings that could be restricting traffic to the following Dropbox domains?
Also, approximately how many files you've got syncing in your Dropbox folder?Let me know more, and we'll take it from there!
