At the moment, there's no official way for you to automate the task of copying hyperlinks from a Dropbox directory or mass creating shared links and pasting them into Excel.
Of course, you can do it with a third-party involved.
You could always put all the files into a shared folder, and share them. However, I am assuming you need individual shared links for each file, right?
