It could be your browser holding a cached copy of the webpage.
Could you try clearing the cache, or using Ctrl+Shift+R to refresh the cache on that page.

Hello!
1. Uploaded a document to dropbox (version 1).
2. Uploaded the document to dropbox with the same name but different content (version 2).
3. Pressed three dots and selected copy link.
4. Paste the link into Telegram and in the preview I saw the contents of the document version 1, while I expected to see a preview of version 2.- Megan

When you click the link that's pasted into Telegram, do you get re-directed to your browser? If you paste the link there, do you get the same results?
