In this code, you're getting the file data as a string, and printing it out to the console. If you want to save the file to your local filesystem, for instance, you'll need to run the necessary code to do so as the SDK does not do that for you automatically.
You can find the documentation for the available options for reading the file data from the download response from the Dropbox SDK here.
