Re: 409 Conflict when calling sharing/get_shared_link_metadata

Hi! I had a similar problem with this api. My links file contains "rlkey". My app has been granted permission required scope
"sharing.read". Please guide me how to fix this problem. Thanks

    • the name and version number of the platform and SDK/library you are using, if any
    • the steps to reproduce the issue, including relevant code snippet(s), but don't include any access or refresh token(s)
    • the full text of any error or unexpected output

      I use postman for api calls. And the result is like the photo above. Do you need any further information?

        Thanks! Are you using an API app registered with the "app folder" access type? There's currently a bug that results in this error when using this method with an access token for an app folder app. That's open with engineering, but I don't have a timeline on a fix.
