The app will need to be linked to the account or team before webhook notifications will be sent for that account/team. Please refer to the OAuth Guide for information on how to connect accounts or teams to an app.

Hi kodieatsyou,
Letting using connect to particular application (or to all applications at all) doesn't mean you have linked particular account to any application! These are different things. One is permission to do something, other is actual action to perform that things. Of course, permission is something needed, but doesn't mean you have the application connected/linked. The only thing lefts is to... link the application. 🙂 Only the account(s) that linked your application will note changes in your webhook.
