Apologies for the delay and thank you for your patience!
Your understanding is correct that, as a freemium user, you are limited to up to 4 files at a time. The one exception to that rule is that files uploaded during Replay's beta period, which ended last April, do not count towards the 4 file limit. For users who signed up during the beta, files which are counted against your freemium quota will show that yellow Dateilimit badge, differentiating them from beta uploads, which do not. Hopefully this helps to explain any discrepancy, if you happen to be seeing one.
As far as the Resolve integration is concerned, what you're seeing is the expected behavior. If you attempt to upload a render after your file limit is reached, the upload will fail with an Upload failed message in Resolve. Deleting one of the files counting against your freemium quota (those with a yellow badge) should unblock you from re-processing that upload.
