Storage Space

Hi. I have received a couple of emails from Dropbox saying my storage is all used up. That's fine - I can delete some files and folders and tidy it all up a bit. However, has Dropbox recently changed their storage options? I used to save loads of information to Dropbox and now it seems I can barely save a thing. I have the basic plan and haven't changed my plan. I am having trouble finding my files and folders. I can see two recent folders (which were a back up of my website), but nothing more. I've checked the deleted folder just in case Dropbox have deleted some of my files and folders, but that is empty too. Any suggestions please?

Is it possible that you have another Dropbox account and are currently looking at a secondary one?
When was the last time you accessed your account and your files?
And lastly, do you see any events related to the files you're looking for?
