On the evening of April 22nd, I cancelled my Dropbox Essential subscription, which was charged on April 10th, and I am no longer able to enjoy the benefits of the Essential plan. I subscribed to an annual billing plan, but I haven't received any email confirming the cancellation, and the credit card payment has not been cancelled either. Please refund. This system is weird!
