Just wanted to follow up on this and let you know it’s been a month since and nobody from Dropbox got in touch regarding the special gift you mentioned above. I confirmed my email account delivery works (I regularly receive emails from the forum and other contacts), so no technical issue there.
While not receiving the gift is no real issue for me (since I have no idea what the gift was in the first place and I never asked for it - you offered it), I wanted to contribute this feedback. I figured you may want to look into this and find out what happened, because while it didn’t impact me, it can really damage one’s experience with the Dropbox brand in ways you never intended.
Once again, my contributions here on the Dropbox forum are independent of this so-called special gift. It’s just your public mention of the gift and then not following up on it for more than a month now that felt weird.
I hope this feedback helps you in delivering a better experience to future “member of the month” users of the forum. I would have delivered it privately, but I have no email address from you or your team that I could send it to and the forum offers no way of sending a direct/private message to fellow users.

Hi Andrew,
I'm really sorry this has happened. I have just checked now and I can see that I sent an email on 15th April with the title "Community Member of the Month follow up" so I'm not sure where this error has occurred.
I'll look into this now and try to figure out why this happened and resend it again this morning and hopefully it will get through to you this time.
