Does anyone know how to access docs through links that were shared with me? Just this morning I was reviewing files someone sent me through dropbox and had no issues. When I went to access it on my computer instead I am now getting errors and am no longer able to access any files through dropbox that have been shared with me over links for the last year. I know have to request that all docs be moved to a google drive because I can't access anything.

Hey @Cassidyhall, I hope you're doing well!

Does this happen with specific file types, or generally with all of the shared links that you have received?

You also mentioned that you're getting some errors, but you didn't clarify the exact message you get when trying to open your shared links.

Keep me posted!

Hi Megan,

I am no longer able to access any dropbox links that have been shared with me. Also, the error is just "That didn't work for some reason" and then it told me to refresh the page.

Hey @Cassidyhall, have you tried opening the file from another browser or an incognito window?

If you have and the error message persists, could you send me a screenshot of it?

Hi from me as well, @Cassidyhall. Did you also try Megan’s suggestion to open those links via an incognito window? If yes, are you still seeing the same error?

Can you also try creating a shared link to one of your Dropbox files, and then test it via incognito mode?
