App download will not install.

Hi there, @davidkrebsbach, let's jump right into this! 

 

You mentioned that the app won't sync, and that it also endlessly syncs. 

 

In order for the app to sync, it would need to first be installed on the device. Would you be able to clarify if you get any specific errors on your end when trying to install the app? 

 

Have you tried out our offline installer, by any chance? 

 

Let me know more, and we'll take it from there!
